With so many product out in the market, now more than ever, it is imperative to find solutions that are innovative and provide a rich feature set for their end users. These products hit the mark.
LMSs will survive for years to come, but they must change, they must invigorate and innovate. With the number of vendors in the market, those that stand like stone or run in a wheel like a mouse, will watch their competitors race past them to garner a larger share of the market – the global market.
What is going on down there in the LMS market? Mobile learning? Crossing into Talent Management? Acquisition? Tablet confusion? Browser Agnostic? Something is definitely going on down there..
Mindflash.com’s solution may call itself a training management system, but it is really a rapid content authoring tool wrapped up with a couple of reports and the ability to have invite people to take the courses. While it provides some very nice features, it offsets it with too much ILT components for me to recommend it.
Augmented Reality has the power to change m-learning as we know it. With information overlays, graphics, audio, live communication all being seen in real time on your smartphone, the learning sky has never looked brighter.
