Cornerstone OnDemand’s Learner Cloud LMS contains an extensive set of features and options, but what hurts it is an outdated UI, a confusing catalog component and those same features – which can be overwhelming more times than not.
2011 brought about more outstanding systems then in previous years. While there are many systems that could be slotted in for this year’s winners, from a feature standpoint, general ease of use (sans TM), and overall trend watching, these were selected.
Selecting the right LMS doesn’t begin with feature sets or even components. Rather it should be based on your segment – i.e. education/academia or corporate, then and only then, should features come into play.
Whether you celebrate Thanksgiving or not, this is the time to reflect and say thanks to those who have done an outstanding work – either with new features, capabilities or services. However, there are those who do not deserve thanks. They are hurting our industry with roadblocks. The question is why?

Mindflash.com offers a new set of cool features to compliment its easy to use functionality. While they have added a non-linear navigation approach in their preview window, they fail to continue it in their active mode.
