My latest version for all types of learning systems (LMS, LXP, TDP, Learning Platform, whatever a vendor refers to themselves that is focused specifically on learning/training) – RFP/RFI.
This is the one I use, as part of my analysis. Modify, tweak or use it as is. If a vendor wants your business, they will complete it. Always get details – never just a blank next to the function. Then when you see the system (if you like their responses), focus on the key areas of interest to you. Vendors can misinterpret or do a workaround.
