  1. LMS is one thing and transforming content from class based to online is another. Are there any advise as where to go for content development to transform in class content to online?

I am a Program Manager responsible for a Learning Management System that provides on line training/content. Our LMS is also responsible for tracking three levels of training and provide trending analysis on testing, both student and test question performance . Our LMS also tracks 90 and 60 day currencies for our employees. Basically, training events they have to revisit every 90 or 60 days. I am interested in possibly switching from the current application we use, to a new one. Our three biggest concerns with the current system is, all of our currencies have to be loaded by hand (keyboard) whic is time consuming for 4,000 people. We are also limited to specialized reports which cant be changed at the local branch level. does anyone have any recommended systems/products?

  3. Great list!
Inquisiq R3 is listed there, which is terrific, but do note that it is now mobile-compatible.

As to the other replies, though they are a year old, our Inquisiq LMS (http://www.inquisiq.com)may well help Mike’s requirements and, Ahmed, we here at ICS Learning Group (http://www.icslearninggroup.com) can certainly assist with the conversion of standup training to eLearning, or a hybrid solution.
